Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If your ATM/debit card is lost or stolen, or you notice unauthorized transactions on your account, please notify us immediately.

  • During regular business hours call Owlish Bank
  • After business hours, call Shazam at:
    • Press #1 to report a lost or stolen card.
    • Follow the prompts
    • A Shazam representative will take your information, deactivate your card, and contact Owlish Bank the next business day.
  • Cards cancelled through these methods cannot be reactivated. Card replacement requests must be made by contacting Customer Support at .
